Four levels. Advisory agents only draft; scoped-automation agents own narrow workflows. Nothing rises a level without passing its evaluation gate.

Super admins and admins build agents by hand from an eleven-field wizard or by cloning an archetype — validated, versioned and reversible, with autonomy ceilings and division guardrails enforced at creation time.

Automatic provisioning

When backlog, SLA or time-zone coverage demands it, the platform clones the right archetype on its own — inside hard caps, budget ceilings and cooldowns. A genuinely new capability is drafted for human approval, never switched on.

One Laravel API, one React web app, one React admin panel, four native clients — and a provider-agnostic agent layer that keeps routing policy as data, not code.
